PREMIUM FUNERAL LIVESTREAM SERVICES

At Cole Studios we pride ourselves on being non intrusive. We have many years of experience working with people and we pride ourselves on good customer service. We understand and respect what a sensitive time this is for you and your family.

On average we have 44 connections to a LiveStream. Each connection could be one person or an entire family.

Family and friends can not always attend a funeral due to work restrictions, distance, covid, poor health… the list goes on. The beauty about Livestreaming is that everyone can be a part of the memorial service from literally anywhere in the world.

The Essentials package is our “three camera Package”. The LiveStream starts just before the Priest starts to talk and finishes as the service concludes. This is a three camera LiveStream where we zoom out from the back and then zoom in for each Eulogy. We also have a camera at the front that captures the crowd, the lectern/speaker and the coffin. Its a more immersive LiveStream. 
We also connect quality audio to the priest and the lectern for crystal clear audio. No other editing is done to this stream. It will be available for 1 month to download or view (from the date of the service). This package has one LiveStream operator.


The Premium package is much more in-depth. This package has four cameras that we switch regularly between. We film the coffin coming into the church and then out of the church and into the Hearse. We also have two rear cameras, one wide for the entire crowd and one zoomed in to the Eulogy. There is also a front camera that faces back into the crowd that we use discreetly so the viewers can see who is there. We run the Slideshow (family photo tribute) through the Livestream and we replace any music that is not perfect from the service. Sometimes the music gets distorted by the church speakers etc. We have a moving “Mobile LiveStream Camera” so the viewer can watch as the coffin and family exit the church as if they were there. We use professional crystal clear audio and we create a finished ‘memorial film’ with a title, intro and exit scene and multiple camera angles to keep the viewers immersed. This package has two LiveStream staff members and is our premium package.

SITE VISIT ($80)

For venues that we have not been to before or we need more setup, a site visit may be required. A site visit is one hour and is $80. That just covers fuel to and from the site as well as a visit to check the site and get anything ready for the stream. It is at this time that we check the data to make sure that we can stream. If there is not enough data, we will record and uplaod later that day. 

Graveside Recording ($300)

Graveside recording is available with the Premium package only and is $300. We need two streamers (people) to achieve this. One streamer stays back and packs up all the gear (and secures it) and the other streamer  goes down to the graveside with a second camera kit and records the burials (audio and video). This is then added to the finished video. Please note we do not offer Live Streaming for this option if we go to the church first. If the entire service is required at graveside then we can stream (data dependant) from the graveside. 

Daylight Projector ($350)

For large indoor venues we can offer the daylight projector. This is an ultra bright projector that works extremely well in lighted rooms. For best results the less light the better of course but for a room that has ambient light, this is a great choice. We can project a picture up to 5 metres wide and crystal clear. This is a fantastic choice for large rooms with a lot of people.

We have the best quality equipment, the best modems and the best techniques. For a mobile live stream to work we need data. Occasionally Telstra or other carriers are doing work and we cannot get data. There are also other times where the service is in a blackspot where there is no mobile data. Times like this we will record the entire service and then upload the finished recording later that evening.
